The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations | Training | Course


The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM) 2007 set out the way in which all building and Construction projects in scope of the Regulations should be designed and managed from initial conception to final completion. Attendees should gain a greater awareness of the Regulations and the responsibilities of the client, planning supervisor, designer, principal contractor and contractors.They should also increase their awareness of the content of the Safety Plan and the Safety File and the need for them.

This course is run on an interactive basis using syndicate exercises. Attendees should already have a basic understanding of the construction contracting process.
