Team Member Survey 2011
Submitted by admin on Wed, 01/19/2011 - 10:08
This survey is conducted so that you can express your views about working in the company. It is important that you answer this survey as honestly as possible as it is critical for the continual improvement for us to have up-to-date feedback and it will enable us to track changes and developments overtime.
The purpose of this survey is for you to state in confidence, how you feel about the company. No one understands the day to day workings of SETA Training & Advisory Services better than you.
There are no right or wrong answers; it is important that you answer honestly and openly giving your first thoughts to each statement. So do not spend too much time thinking about each one.
Every employee’s view is important and every response is confidential. Once everyone has completed the survey we will know how you feel about the company and your job, what needs improving and where any changes should be made. The results of this survey will be communicated to everyone at a meeting to be held in September 2009.
Instructions: In this survey you will find 56 statements and 8 questions.
Each statement has along side it 5 options. These options represent levels of agreement:
1. Disagree strongly
2. Disagree
3. Neither agree nor disagree
4. Agree
5. Agree strongly
Please consider each statement in turn and select the number that best represents your view.
If you require more space to answer any of the questions you can expand each text area.
