SETA is now well under way with its recruitment for apprentices 2013/14. We are seeking engineering apprentices from the Stockport, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire areas and also employers that are looking to invest in an apprentice.
SETA has been recruiting and training young people in engineering since 1966. The centre trains apprentices in a variety of disciplines including electrical, mechanical, welding and fabrication and design and draft which are employed by companies in a range of sectors. SETA works with organisations in a wide range of sectors including food, transport, electrical, energy, construction and the public sector. Employer partners of SETA include The University of Manchester, Jacobs UK Ltd, NXP, Monopumps, Renold Gear and Mcvities.
