On Tuesday 14th September, as part of their induction week, our 1st year apprentices went on the first of their enrichment days. This was to Challenge 4 Change (C4C) in Trafford Park, a fantastic indoor activity centre that encourages team building and challenging yourself.

C4C is a registered charity, established in 2008. They have a unique, indoor urban experiential learning facility – an ‘indoor urban activity centre’!        Their vision is to provide learning and development in an innovative way that engages the person, holds their interest and motivates them to learn about themselves and others whilst giving them a memorable experience.

As always our apprentices had a fantastic time and they feel they have benefitted from the motivational talks and self-challenge sessions. Groups of apprentices and staff took it in turns to climb, play games, balance and problem solve. Teamwork was key but all of the challenges in turn helped our apprentices to learn more about themselves.

Thanks to all of the C4C and SETA staff that helped with the day.
