SETA is always looking for new ways to offer more choice and higher quality service to its engineering apprentices. We have currently have over 300 engineering apprentices in the full range of disciplines from electrical, mechanical, welding and fabrication to to design and draft . SETA is now strengthening its engineering specialism’s in Pipework Systems through offering a new module for SETA apprentices. The module “Forming and Assembling Pipework Systems” .

This EAL module covers the skills and knowledge needed to prove the skills required to cover a broad range of basic pipe fitting activities that will prepare the apprentice for entry into the engineering or manufacturing sectors, creating a progression between education and employment, or that will provide a basis for the development of additional skills and occupational competences in the working environment.

SETA is currently recruiting engineering apprentices for 2013. If you are a young person with an interest in engineering and strong GCSE’s in Science and Maths please contact Simon Artley or Julie Burns: 0161 480 9822
