Stockport Engineering Training Association (SETA) is one of the leading training providers in the Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire areas in delivering safety and technical training. SETA is particularly renowned for delivering the the NEBOSH National General Certificate, the most established NEBOSH certificate in the UK.

Why choose SETA?

  • Experience: SETA has been delivering engineering training since 1966 and its highly experienced and qualified trainers are expert at delivering the NEBOSH qualifications to managers and safety personnel.
  • Success: SETA has a full pass rate of over 80% and is dedicated to the success of its delegates. In the unlikely case of a referral, just a nominal fee will be required to undertake a resit and revision is provided for delegates for free.
  • Flexibility: SETA delivers the NEBOSH in the day release and block format and we are as flexible as possible in how individuals sit the course.  Delegates are welcome to split-up the course, undertaking week one of the block course and week 2 of the course a couple of months later. For instance, many individuals undertake week one of the course in March and week 2 in May.
  • Support: SETA Trainers have a dedicated and personal approach to tuition and are always on hand to answer queries and provide guidance to delegates. Tutors dedicate two revision days to candidates to review the course content, practice exam questions and to help candidates with any questions they may have.
