BTEC Level 3 Diploma In Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical Pathways). It is a nationally recognised qualification for engineers and also provides progression to higher level qualifications including HNC or HND. This work-based qualification is aimed at learners who are working in a broad range of occupations in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
The Higher National Diploma (HND) in General Engineering is a one year, part-time/distance learning course. The course is a Level 5 programme and offers a chance to study independently, which will develop a broad range of skills such as report writing, communication and teamwork.

These skills and the mandatory and specialist units studied will provide you with the knowledge and expertise to work successfully as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
This 1 day City & Guilds course will cover the changes from BS7671 2008 3rd amendment, to the new BS7671 2018 18th edition wiring regulations.
The course will be delivered over a 1 day period, with the exam on a separate day after a short period (usually a weekend) to revise. Please allow for this when scheduling work etc.
This 3 day City & Guilds course will enable you to demonstrate a detailed knowledge as well as gaining familiarity with the layout, content and application of the IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition known as BS7671:2018 Requirements for Electrical Installations.
