SETA hosted its annual open day on Wednesday 11th March and even with the current coronavirus public health warnings in place, showed a 45% increase in Employer presence and a 2% rise in attendees! We had so many fantastic comments from the potential engineering apprentices stating they had experienced “so much more than what they were expecting” and that they were “so glad they had found out about us”.
A massive thank you goes out to all of the schools which help to spread the word about our engineering apprenticeships and to the huge amount of people who spread the word by telling people they’d seen our social media and bus campaign!
Our open day would not have been the success it was without the fantastic companies who provided plenty of food for thought for our potential applicants. Applications have started to come in already but don’t worry if you missed our Open day, we will be holding drop in evenings as soon as public health guidelines allow.
SETA will be accepting applications until the beginning of August 2020 for our September 2020 intake.
Watch our web site and social media for details of drop in evenings.
