NEBOSH National General Certificate (Block) 14 – 25 September 2020, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport only £1195+VAT

The National General Certificate is the most widely held health and safety qualification in the UK with over 100,000 people having gained the award.

The course is made up of two units which must be completed successfully within five years to achieve this qualification.

IOSH Managing Safely 07 – 09 September 2020, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport only £495+VAT

An introduction to Safety and Health for Supervisors and Managers in all types of organisations who are required to manage efficiently and effectively the activities for which they are responsible without endangering their workforce, other people, the environment or the physical assets of the organisation and in accordance with the Safety Policy of the organisation and Health & Safety Legislation.

 

The course teaches the manager to apply good management principles of safety and health as part of total management strategy. The course is available as an open or in-company course.

Single & 3 Phase Motor Controls and Drawings 21st – 23rd September, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport

Objective: To provide delegates with the necessary knowledge skills and safe working practices to enable them to safely undertake a range of electrical tasks in an industrial environment.

City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS 7671:2018 3 Day Programme 9th – 11th September, exam 14th September

Objective:

This 3 day City & Guilds course will enable you to demonstrate a detailed knowledge as well as gaining familiarity with the layout, content and application of the IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition known as BS7671:2018 Requirements for Electrical Installations.

This Certificate ensures you are up-to-date with the latest industry regulations on wiring and the safe use and operation of electrical equipment and systems.

The course is aimed at those involved with the design, installation or testing of electrical installations in accordance with the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.

Electrical Safety 2 Day Programme 14th & 15th September, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport only £390+VAT

Objective: To provide delegates with the necessary knowledge skills and safe working practices to enable them to safely undertake a range of electrical tasks in an industrial environment.

Fundamentals of Electricity 16th – 18th September, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport only £585+VAT

NEBOSH National Construction Certificate 07, 14, 21, 28 October 04, 11, 18 & 25 November 2020 – Day Release, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport

This is an externally examined basic qualification designed to help construction workers to discharge more effectively their duties or functions in workplace health and safety.

This is offered as an open course at our Conference Centre, or it can be run in-company. It can be run as a two-week block; alternatively, it can be scheduled as two one-week blocks or as a series of weekly one-day courses.

NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management 22nd, 29th October, 5th, 12th, & 19th November 2020 – Day Release, location: SETA Training Centre in Stockport

The delegates receive classroom based instruction covering the relevant elements of legislation. Delegates will be led by the facilitator to a common and clear understanding, of the requirements of the legislation that is in line with the policies and procedures the company has in place.

Objectives:
