Develop practical workplace safety awareness

This one-day classroom course is intended for personnel at all levels in all organisations. It may be arranged for apprentices, adult workers, office staff or supervisors who have had no formal safety and health training.

The course aims to develop an alert employee capable of recognising workplace hazards, enable appropriate preventative or control measures to be taken, and ensure employees become responsible both to themselves and to others.

Classroom Expectations

Certification

Delegates who attend the course and successfully complete the assessments (a short multiple-choice assessment and a hazard spotting project), will receive an IOSH Working Safely certificate.

Payment and resits

Payment is taken when the course booking is confirmed. Invoice payments must be made within 30 days or before the course starts, whichever is sooner. Examination resits incur an additional fee. All course fees are subject to VAT.
